New Dialing Procedure to Debut in 203 and 860 Area Codes

NEW HAVEN, Conn., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Residential and business customers with both 203 and 860 area codes should be prepared for the introduction of the 475 and 959 area codes. AT&T* announced today that, starting immediately, customers should dial the area code + seven-digit number when making calls both on landline and wireless phones. The new dialing procedure will become mandatory for all residential and business customers on November 14, 2009.
