Hello,
The Ovi team wishes you a happy holiday season – we hope that you use Ovi to keep up with the people that matter to you the most over the upcoming holiday season. If you’re lucky, you’ll see exciting new Nokia devices like the Nokia N8 or Nokia C3 Touch-and-Type as presents!
I have a few new year’s resolutions for 2011 involving Ovi. For starters, I’d like to keep in better touch with old friends using my Mail account. I’ve really enjoyed using it on many of my Nokia devices over the past few years and am going to be using it even more in the coming days as more of the cool features from the Yahoo! Partnership begin to appear in my Mail.
I’ve also resolved to use some of the cool features through Messaging on my Nokia devices so I can save some time in the new year – in the email application on my shiny Nokia N8, I can use multiple home screen support and email sync intervals to help maintain a healthy balance between my work life and personal life, flipping between them in a breeze. In the Chat application I can choose to log-in invisibly so I can choose exactly who to talk to. Using the Social application, I can post a photo right from the gallery to Facebook and Twitter with one click.
Finally, I’ve resolved to do several stereotypical new year’s resolutions that will be broken so quickly that they’re not even worth typing up in this blog post. Ah well – 2010 was a great year and 2011′s looking even brighter.
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!
