The process is really easy: no comments or tweets get lost, they are all collected and evaluated by the relevant Ovi teams.
Of course Mr. and Ms. Ovi Blog directly answer your questions, but when we need some help, we ask directly to the experts that develop Ovi every day.
In any case, to make sure we understand what are the most requested features and where you encounter the most difficulties, all your comments are forwarded to the respective teams so that they know how what needs to be fixed while they introduce fantastic new services.

Here in Berlin, for instance, we have a really funny way to always remember what you say about us. We created, in our office kitchens, a real Twitter Wall where we collect the most representative community feedback. Take a look at it: there is no way for us to ignore it
