Yahoo buys IntoNow for as much as $30m?

Yahoo has just completed a deal to purchase relative software newcomer IntoNow for between $20 and $30 million, TechCrunch reported on Monday. The company has been around for just 12 weeks and was said to also be considered for purchase by Twitter and Facebook. The company's sole product so far is an app for Apple's iPhone devices that will listen to the TV program users are watching, identify it, and share the update with other users....
