Verizon to hold special NYC event January 11, iPhone likely

(Update: iPhone very likely) Verizon today sent an invitation to members of the press for a special event in New York City on January 11. It didn't detail what would occur, but it would be hosted by none other than Verizon President Lowell McAdam. The event was unusually timed as it would follow just two days after CES ends....
