Verizon readying for dual-mode, 1.2GHz HTC Android flagship

Verizon could have the distinction of being the first to have an Android phone with both CDMA and GSM if early details escaped today are accurate. An unnamed HTC QWERTY slider would have the option of roaming on GSM and likely 3G through at least Vodafone. The hardware seen by ADroidian would clearly be targeted at the high end with a four-inch touchscreen and what's believed to be a 1.2GHz processor, though whether it's single- or dual-core is an unknown....
