Verizon outs updated Wireless 3G network extender

Verizon has replaced its current femtocell with a newer model that enhances a handset's 3G data reception capability along with its voice reception. While both are made by Samsung, the new Verizon Wireless 3G Network Extender lets owners use their home Wi-Fi networks to download content or play online games on their handsets over EVDO in cases where they don't have a device with Wi-Fi....
