Unannounced Pantech Caper pops up at CTIA

PCD's booth at CTIA inadvertently gave away Pantech's plans for a budget messaging phone on Verizon. The Caper is a prepaid phone explicitly aimed at "your 'tween or teen mobile user" with a candybar QWERTY shape. Most of the details haven't been mentioned, but a 1.3-megapixel back camera and a 2.2-inch display make it an unmistakable starter phone....
