Big Bucket Software on Thursday unveiled a promised update to The Incident ($2, App Store) that adds a unique TV gaming feature. Those with both an iPad and either an iPhone or iPod touch can play the game on a TV using the iPad's TV out support. Acting as a makeshift game console, the iPad hosts the game while the smaller handheld serves as the gamepad....
