T-Mobile takes Android Market carrier billing live

T-Mobile's US branch told its Android phone users late Wednesday that it has started updating Android Market to support carrier billing. The change lets users skip the usual Google Checkout process and instead pay for any purchased apps through their regular phone bill. It will also have a more elegant means of handling refunds as any apps deleted within 24 hours won't count against the bill....
