When T-Mobile updated its Nexus S smartphone with the Android 2.3.4 update, users were promised they could use the Google Talk video chat service over Wi-Fi and 3G networks. In reality, however, users weren't able to place video calls over 3G and the feature was only relegated to Wi-Fi networks.
