T-Mobile HSPA+ plans bring Dell Mini 10, 100 cities

T-Mobile bolstered its webConnect data access with the first-ever HSPA+ netbook and details of its coverage. A new variant of the Dell Mini 10 will come with built-in HSPA+ and should reach up to 21Mbps in any area where the faster speeds are active, including New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Washington, DC's suburbs. The 10-inch system still has the 1.66GHz Atom, Windows 7 and six-cell battery of the original, but it will be subsidized down to $200 on a two-year data plan when it ships tomorrow....
