Sanyo intros underwater Xacti HD camera

Sanyo on Friday announced a new addition to its Xacti digital cameras with the DMX-CA100. The new vertical design is waterproof at depths of 10 feet for up to one ahour and can record 1080p video in the computer-friendly H.264 format. It can capture 14-megapixel still photos, and there is a 6X optical zoom along with a 6x Advanced Zoom that crops the image sensor. There is also a High-Speed Sequential Shooting mode that can capture 22 photos at 7FPS....
