Samsung starts making fast 20nm flash memory

Samsung today began producing 20 nanometer NAND flash memory. The technology is much denser than 30nm, allowing more storage in a similar space, but is also much faster. Samsung estimates that an 8GB SDHC card is about 30 percent faster with a guaranteed Class 10 (10MB per second) write speed and 20MB read speeds....
