How many of you already recorded a personalized voice pack to use with the free turn-by-turn drive navigation Ovi is providing for several Nokia phones? Don’t be shy and share them with the world! Now it’s even easier than ever. In fact the Own Voice application for Maps has just got better.

Make sure you have the latest Maps release (currently v3.04) or download it here and then get Own Voice from this page: it is available for Nokia N97, Nokia N97 mini, Nokia 5800 Xpress Music, Nokia N86 8MP, Nokia E72, Nokia X6, Nokia E55, Nokia E52, Nokia 6730, Nokia 6720 Classic, Nokia 6710 and Nokia 5230.

Now you can record a voice pack at home, on your computer and with your best friends! Just use the fantastic Facebook application that we created for you and the people you love

Basically, you can invite up to 10 friends to join your recording and when all are done you can have the most unique and most playful voice guided Drive navigation in the world. I totally love it! And soon Niini and I will make our Ovi Blog flavored version available to you all

Speaking of Facebook, did you also know that you can share your voice pack very easily on Facebook and Twitter? You can send a link to your friends and they can listen to a very handy preview, on their Own Voice compatible Nokia phones or on the web.

If some of the people you care about are not on either of those social networks, well, you can also easily share it via text message.
