RIM leaks BlackBerry 9300 through own site

RIM has inadvertently spoiled some of its future plans with an XML file on its own site that shows the BlackBerry 9300. Little has been known about the phone until now, but it would likely be a direct successor to the Curve 8500 and its 320x240 display. The chief additions would be 802.11n Wi-Fi and at least HSPA for 3G....
