To give you more insight into the best content that is available for download from Store, our friends over at the Ovi Daily App are now featuring interactive, online “tutorials” that show precisely how different mobile apps look and run on Nokia devices.

These quick tutorials highlight the features and functionality of mobile apps, and give you an easy way to make an informed decision about an application prior to downloading it from Store. And, since it is in the Ovi Daily App, you know they are going to bring you the best apps that Store has to offer!

In the case of paid applications, you will now have a virtual ‘try-before-you-buy’ opportunity. You will be able to see for yourself how a featured app works and how it can be used. In some cases, it will let you see how different apps work with other mobile services that Nokia provides, such as Ovi Maps.

Each tutorial includes simple step-by-step instructions that are also shown simultaneously as the specific actions occur on the Nokia device (in this case, how the apps would work on a Nokia N97 mini). In other words, as you follow each step of the tutorial, you will see on the device how the specific app responds. In one example, the application Zhiing is used in conjunction with Ovi Maps to help two friends get together for pizza!

The Ovi Daily App has five tutorials online now, and a new tutorial will be added every Tuesday. Over time, this will create a handy resource that you can consult anytime you’re interested in taking a closer look at how different apps work on Nokia devices.
