Nokia’s mysterious RM-559 “Alvin” passes the FCC

Kudos to Nokia, for doing something not many manufacturers have been able to do in recent history — get a device certified by the FCC without us pesky bloggers already knowing practically everything about it. The phone in question is the RM-559 aka Alvin, and details are limited to tri-band UMTS/HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 32GB of [...]

Kudos to Nokia, for doing something not many manufacturers have been able to do in recent history — get a device certified by the FCC without us pesky bloggers already knowing practically everything about it. The phone in question is the RM-559 aka Alvin, and details are limited to tri-band UMTS/HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 32GB of internal memory and a 1320 mAh battery. We’ll likely see Alvin unmasked tomorrow at Nokia World but if not, we’ll be sure to grab our shovels from the garage and commence digging for info.
