Nokia World contest: winners announced… and there are more tickets available!!

First of all, a huuuge thank you to everyone who took part in our Nokia World competition during the past week! I’ll put this short, since I know everyone’s dying to hear who won, so here goes: after much deliberation and discussion we realized we couldn’t manage to whittle it down to just two winners.

So we’ve picked three.

So, without further ado, well done to the following three lucky individuals who are all coming with us to Nokia World 2010 in London, baby!

This video by Lorion84/EveConnected is just… magic. The jury was unanimous: this person definitely deserves a ticket! The video is creative, unique, insightful and incredibly well made; plus, everyone in the Ovi team loved especially the aces in the end, hehe… Very well done, Lorion84!!

Our next winner goes by the name of keirux, and his video was also fantastic. The editing is top notch, and the concept is very interesting. Good job and welcome to London, keirux!

Our final ticket-winning video came from OviJade, who made a very informative video that got even us excited about Nokia World 2010 (and we’re already pretty excited as it is!) The “woosh” effect in the short monologue was also a very nice touch!

And as if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also got a couple of runners-up who also made amazing videos and who we would like to honor with a mention. And who will get a package of Ovi Swag delivered to their front door!. Well done, Jakaraka and SimonLR. Jakaraka’s video was also very well made and SimonLR’s video just made us laugh like crazy Thank you both!!

As I said earlier, we have been so utterly overwhelmed by the entries that we wanted to do something to recognize everyone’s hard work. After much hunting around Ovi Blog HQ, we managed to find TWO MORE TICKETS hidden behind our sofa… And yes, that’s right – they’re available to win! So the game is most certainly not over!

How do you win them? Simple. You complete one sentence: “I should get tickets to Nokia World 2010 because…”

This sentence can be finished by way of a blog post, video entry (less than 1 minute), audio entry (less than 1 minute), tweet… You name it. As long as you link to it in the below comments section OR tweet us the link (replying to @ovibynokia with the #NokiaWorld hash tag), we will see it and you will be entered into the pot for winning one of the two tickets we have available. As before, all travel and hotel expenses will be covered off as well and we’ll be waiting for you, in London, when you arrive =)
