Nintendo to phase out Wii Speak peripheral

Nintendo said it will slowly phase out the Wii Speak peripheral that allows users to hold voice chats while in games. However, the add-on will remain to be available at certain retail locations, and GameSpot was told more shipments will be made if consumer demand increases. Wii Speak has its own dedicated Wii Speak Channel that lets users hold speaker phone-style conversations using Mii avatars....
