Motorola Terminator may pack Tegra 2, rival iPhone on games

A significant leak Monday hints that Motorola is developing a major smartphone to mark its future spin-off and a possible way to take on Apple in mobile gaming. Nicknamed the Terminator, the phone would use a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2. The new chip is estimated by NVIDIA to run 3D games five times faster in 3D gaming than an older single-core 1GHz chip, and Android and Me suspects this may play a major role in its focus....
