Microsoft gives free Windows Phones to jilted webOS coders

Microsoft's Windows Phone developer lead reached out late Friday to take advantage of HP's decision to exit webOS hardware. Any published webOS developers were being offered free development phones along with the necessary development tools and help. Each would get "some personal attention" after getting in touch with Watson....
