MSI on Tuesday continued a string of netbook launches by formally launching the Wind U230 in the US. The 12-inch system overrides the U210 and, in one model, includes MSI's first use of AMD's dual-core, 1.6GHz Athlon Neo X2 to give it better-than-usual performance for the size and price.
