A leaked image appears to show marketing materials for 4G Windows Phone devices sold through T-Mobile. Although 4G Windows Phones earlier this year were promised by Microsoft, the company has yet to formally unveil any of the upcoming offerings. The store window decals, which were posted on TmoNews, provide the first evidence that such devices will take advantage of T-Mobile's HSPA+ network....
