Large advisor calls for RIM to split chairman, CEO roles

Investment advisor group Glass Lewis made a public call for RIM shareholders to split up the company's chairman and CEO roles. The firm echoed earlier calls and said the current system gives only "inadequate independent checks" on co-CEOs Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis at a chaotic moment in the company's history. The founders not only lead the company but have final say on its board and have the most shares, Glass Lewis' analysts said....
