Investment advisor group Glass Lewis made a public call for RIM shareholders to split up the company's chairman and CEO roles. The firm echoed earlier calls and said the current system gives only "inadequate independent checks" on co-CEOs Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis at a chaotic moment in the company's history.
