LG hints Optimus 3D 2, says 'all phones look the same'

LG, in talks with Pocket-Lint, revealed the successor to its glasses-free smartphone, the Optimus 3D, will be about 7mm thick and probably due out sometime in 2012. LG's Dr. Henry Noh said the focus will be on slimming down the handset but plans on making it stand out from all the other handsets out there which he describes as boring. What the new Optimus 3D will have that others don't is the 3D display, however....
