LG Fantasy with Windows Phone tips up at FCC

The elusive LG Fantasy may soon be coming to the US. A CDMA-based handset, bearing the model number LS831, has just been submitted by LG to the FCC in preparation for launch. Pocketnow speculates that the LS831 is actually the Fantasy, news of which first leaked out in July....
