Kinect to recognize sitting players after all

Microsoft's Kinect full-body motion controller will recognize sitting users when ready a company representative confirmed to Joystiq this week. It will only happen when the software has been developed with such functionality in mind, and none of the already announced games have been developed for the feature so far. However, it's possible to navigate the Xbox 360 Dashboard, ESPN, Video Kinect and the Zune Marketplace from a sitting position....
