If you’re a football fan, you already know that the FIFA World Cup 2010 kicks off in South Africa in exactly 38 days, on June 11th. If you’re completely dense about football (like I am), that was brand new information for you. You’re welcome! Now, to get you into full-on football spirit while waiting for the kick-off, we here at Ovi have some seriously fantastic stuff to keep you busy for the next 1.2 months.

First off, when it comes to content, we have compiled all kinds of football-related apps (both paid and free of charge) for you from Store: there’s for example the app Goal.com, which allows you to track all the football action during the summer and throughout next seasons league campaigns. You can also try out the game Real Football 2010 which is reduced to 1 Euro for the duration of the promotion, or download one of our exclusive (and free!) World Cup themes and wallpapers from the official sponsor of the Cup, Pepsi. Would you like to have a Frank Lampard theme on your phone? Or how would Fernando Torres or Lionel Messi look like on your device’s screen? Check out all the themes, apps and games right here.

We’re not done yet, though. In addition to all the football content, you can also take part in our ‘Skill Dribbler’ competition and win a trip to Barcelona!
