We have an exciting new series starting off right this moment! Sure, you’ve read the Ovi People Interview series, and maybe chuckled a bit at the Fun Friday posts (I sure have, but that’s probably because I laugh at my own jokes all the time anyway)… but here comes the Ovi Podcasts! In the future, we will start conducting and recording in-depth sessions with very important and very relevant people here at Nokia and bringing them to you in the format of Podcasts to either listen right here on the Ovi Blog or download from Store and take it with you where ever you go. The Ovi podcast are actually what the Ovi Blog is all about: they bring you the news, views, insights, sneak peeks and responses directly from the people behind Ovi. Literally.

This very first Ovi Podcast is about the topic of Maps and was recorded by our very own Jan Bonnevier with one of our Maps experts, Dan Marinescu (you might also remember Dan from this post). 4 months ago, on Jan 21, the previous release of Ovi Maps with Free worldwide Walk & Drive navigation was made available for you to download. And yes, your response has been amazing. More than 10.000.000 downloads in 3 months and overwhelmingly positive feedback showed us that we did the right thing =)
