HTC smartphone with HSPA+ due in September?

A T-Mobile spokesperson on Wednesday reportedly said HTC will have an Android-based phone supporting the carrier's HSPA+ network. While few details are known, the technology would give it a much faster peak speed of 21Mbps and could mean realistic download speeds of about 10Mbps. Upload speeds would reach into the multi-megabit range as well....
