HTC should finish all Android 2.2 updates quicker

In an exclusive interview with Pocket-Lint, HTC's global PR and online community manager Eric Lin revealed why Android 2.2 has not yet been ported over to HTC's smartphones. Lin said the time required to port over all applications to Android 2.2 is long, and requires testing to ensure they work perfectly on each handset. But, he added that the changeover will not take the six to seven months like it did with the more involved Android 1.5 to 2.1 update....
