Virgin Mobile Canada had the distinction later on Friday of becoming the first North American carrier to offer the HTC Legend. Its version runs on the 850MHz and 1,900MHz 3G bands but is otherwise very close to the international version with a 3.2-inch, 480x320 AMOLED touchscreen, a five-megapixel camera with flash, GPS and Wi-Fi.
