HP drops lawsuit against Hurd for joining Oracle

HP today quickly dropped its planned lawsuit against Mark Hurd for joining Oracle. The PC builder said it wanted to reassert its long-term friendship with Oracle and said Hurd would agree to protect HP's secrets while continuing to work as co-president at Oracle. Neither would say what the terms were but treated it as a "settlement."...
