In its ongoing effort to find more spectrum for wireless broadband, the FCC has released a public notice seeking comment on how spectrum for weather balloons and satellites is being used. Also known as the Big LEO band, the 35MHz of spectrum sought after by the agency sits between 1,675MHz and 1,710MHz.
