Dell Zino HD to get quad-core Phenom II, dedicated graphics

Dell's Inspiron Zino HD mini desktop will finally get a performance boost soon as documentation from Dell itself has confirmed faster options. The breadbox-sized PC's maximum options will jump from a dual-core Athlon X2 to a quad-core Phenom II; triple-core will also be a choice. Integrated graphics will ramp up to a Radeon HD 4250, but dedicated graphics will advance further still with a Mobility Radeon HD 5450 as a replacement for the 4330....
