D-Link intros Amplifi-series home networking gear

D-Link has expanded its range of home networking products with a new lineup, labeled the Amplifi series. The products include the HD Media Router 1000, the Whole Home Router 1000, the Wi-Fi Booster, and several PowerLine 500 products designed for communication via existing electrical wiring. The media router is claimed to automatically manage broadband connections, giving the highest priority to entertainment content such as streaming video or online video games....
