Archos 9 gets faster Atom, 32GB SSD




Likely as a result of the added competition from a multitude of new tablets, Archos has updated what was billed as the first Windows 7-powered tablet, its Archos 9. The device now gets a 32GB solid state drive, which is smaller but faster than the 60GB hard drive of the original model's. Another significant change involves a slightly faster 1.2GHz Intel Atom chip in place of the earlier 1.1GHz part....
