AT&T on Friday said it had filed eight lawsuits in federal court to stop an arbitration-based campaign to try and halt the buyout of T-Mobile. The suits, filed in each of the eight areas where law firm Bursor and Fisher was launching its anti-merger efforts, allege that the attempts violate the terms of AT&T's arbitration cases.
