Samsung has just posted a 12-minute long video (embedded below) that shows off both new and known features of the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Most interestingly, the upcoming TouchWiz interface is shown off in the video in much detail. Similar to what was shown at CTIA, the interface will include six Mini Apps that are preloaded and include a calendar, task manager, clock, notepad, calculator, and music player....
