I love getting updates from Lukas who is traveling around the world on a bike and with the help of Ovi and Nokia. This week I’ve got fantastic pictures from Armenia. They are so inspiring that I’m almost jumping on the next flight to Yerevan
Since Lukas is collecting so many experiences around the world, you might consider asking him some suggestions and tips in the comments section below.

If there’s one country which has positively surprised me with it’s landscapes up to now, it’s definitely Armenia. Maybe I accidentally took just the right roads, or maybe the varying weather conditions made the scenery so beautiful. I don’t know, but every pedaled
kilometer in Armenia was pleasure to observe. I tried to add as many pictures as I could into this post, because one pictures says more than a hundred words, plus I think my Nokia N97 mini did a very good job capturing my views.
Armenians are justly very proud of their country, even in such extent that the border guard gave a five minute monologue how great their area once used to be. But even with it’s present size it is most enjoyable place to cycle. You just have to be very patient with some mountain passing as well as with the young boys who just can’t keep their eyes away from your two-wheel.
Ps. Bike charger was fully activated during 38km long down hill from 2535metres
