Memory and solid state drive maker OCZ this week announced it would no longer produce RAM modules after February, the end of its current fiscal year. Instead, the outfit will focus on its remaining solid state drive business. The decision was made after the company's memory revenue dropped by 71 percent, from $22 million to $6.2 million....
