Netflix has started up an $8 DVD-only plan to help appease its legacy service users. New users can sign-up for an account and begin a free month long trial, after which they will be billed monthly for $8 until they cancel. Although the Netflix service originally started as DVD-only, it has shifted its emphasis heavily towards an online streaming model which is the preferred model of numerous online movie services....
