An upcoming Motorola handset was spotted undergoing testing in an FCC filing. Dubbed the Sage, it's believed to be running on at least Android 2.1 when it arrives at an undisclosed date. The FCC revealed that the handset has the capability to access 7.2Mbps HSDPA and 2Mbps HSUPA 3G networks using the 850MHz and 1,900MHz bands common in North America....
