Motorola Mobility, the wireless division spun off from Motorola earlier this year, will put its new corporate headquarters in Illinois, according to an agreement reached between the company and the state. The new HQ will be located in Libertyville. The accord will keep approximately 3,000 jobs from leaving the state. In return for tax credits, Motorola Mobility will invest $500 million in R&D related to these jobs over the next three years....
