Are you an Ovi fan? Would you like to be interviewed for the Ovi Blog?

If you answered “hell yeah!” (or something similar) to the questions above, you’re just the person that I’m looking for! God, did that sound like the start of a Classifieds ad? Ew.

Anyway, we’re starting a brand new series soon here at the Ovi Blog called the “Ovi Fan Interviews”. Remember our Ovi People Interviews? They’re on hiatus for a while until we renew the concept a bit (hint: the interviews will include multimedia and other flashy things in the future! Yay!), and right now is the perfect time to turn our eyes on the people who make the mere existence of the Ovi Blog possible: you guys! Yes, it’s because of our Ovi friends & fans and fellow bloggers that the Ovi Blog keeps growing and thriving, and it’s your support that makes our work that much more awesome!

Before I get all mushy here, here’s the deal: we now want to interview you. I already have two fantastic Nokia bloggers & their interview posts lined up; the first of which you will get to read this upcoming Monday. Exciting…! And, as you may remember, we already did one interview with one very awesome Ovi Maps fan while back

Now I’m looking for some more ‘volunteers’!

So what do you have to do to be interviewed by me? Well, first off, drop us a note in the comments section below stating that you’d like to be interviewed. You can also write a couple of lines there about why you think you’d make an awesome interviewee. After that, I will contact you by email, send you some interview questions and wait for you to come back to me with your answers. I won’t be asking you anything rocket science-y questions; it’s mainly about who you are, what you do, what was your first Nokia device, what’s your favourite app, why do you like Ovi/Nokia etc. So easy peasy =) After we have added some pictures and perhaps even videos of you to the post, we will publish your very own interview post here at the Ovi Blog!

And remember, all of us here (including myself) have already done an interview, so you’ll be in good company

Why are we doing this again? Like mentioned, we <3 our Ovi fans and we want to get to know you all better and introduce you to our readers! We don’t have any other eligibility requirements for our interviewees except you just have to be an Ovi/Nokia enthusiast (duh)! If you write a blog about Ovi/Nokia, even better (but again, that’s not a requirement). You don’t even need to speak or write perfect English, as I’ll provide the complimentary proofreading service

Finally, we won’t let you walk out of the process empty-handed, so we will slather you with some very cool Ovi Swag for your troubles =)
