Don’t cry for me Argentina… Ehm, ok, I got a bit carried away but I’m probably allowed to be a bit emotional Especially because this is definitively my most difficult post. And, OMG they’re more than 150!
You should all know by now that Nokia made a decision to change our service branding from Ovi to Nokia. The main reason for this change is so we can leverage the high-value of the Nokia master brand to better support future plans to deliver disruptive and compelling mobile experiences globally.
What does this mean for this blog?
As of today, October 27th, this Blog won’t be updated any longer.
Most importantly, what does this mean for you?
This is where it gets exciting
- For news and stories around Nokia Maps and other location related services, go to the Nokia Maps Blog, which will be managed by Surya Santhi, you all already know and love.
- For news and stories around Nokia Store and other Nokia services, go to the Daily App Blog, managed by Jason Black.
- Please also remember to like Nokia on Facebook and follow Nokia on Twitter since the Ovi presences will be closing too.
You will still hear from me. Oh yes, you can count on that. I will be still around on various Nokia channels and of course you can follow me on Twitter as @haikus.
Now let’s celebrate together this new beginning!
