Bain Capital Agrees to Purchase BELLSYSYTEM24 from Citi

TOKYO, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Bain Capital today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Citigroup Inc.'s (NYSE: C) controlling stake in Japan's leading call center operator, BELLSYSYTEM24, in a tender offer valuing the company at approximately 100 billion yen (equivalent to US$1.1 billion).
